To Qualify for Basic Spins:

Completed Pole 101

To Qualify for Intermediate Spins:

Perform (2) Strong one handed spins on dominant and non-dominant side
Knows the routine and is ‘free styling the routine’
Strong DANCING Basic Climb and Side Climb both sides on Static and Spin
Climb and Aerial Pole Crunch

To Qualify for Advanced Spins:

Perform Strong – Angel Spin; Carousel to Reverse Grab; Hood Ornament; and Cradle with BOTH Stopper and Invert Grips
Completed at least 12 Intermediate Spins Classes

To Qualify for Boudoir Dance Spins/Climbs:

Completed at least 6 Basic Spins Classes

To Qualify for Basic Inversions:

Knows the routine and is ‘free styling the routine’
Strong DANCING Basic Climb and Side Climb both sides on Static and Spin
Climb and Aerial Pole Crunch
Pole Crunch w/Tuck and Tip from standing

To Qualify for Intermediate Inversions:

Able to perform all moves in Combo #1 & 2 on BOTH sides
Aerial Invert – Climb and Flip
Single Leg Dive
Terminology! Knows the names of the moves.
Ability to use ‘pocket’

To Qualify for Advanced Inversions – Ability to Perform:

BOTH Intermediate Combos
Shoulder Mount Both Sides (CAN use controlled sweep of leg)
Shoulder Dismount
Handstand on wall or pole
Strong Aerial Chopper Invert

To Qualify for Boudoir Dance Inversions:

Completed Basic Inversions

To Qualify for Floorwork – Basic Series:

Completed Pole 101 or Boudoir 101

To Qualify for Floorwork – Intermediate Series:

Completed Floorwork – Basic Series

To Qualify for Floorwork – Advanced Series:

Completed Floorwork – Intermediate Series AND have instructor approval.

To Qualify for Boudoir Basic Series:

Completed Pole 101 or Boudoir 101
