Natalie began her journey at Divine Movement after relocating back to her hometown of Seattle from Southern California in 2011. With a background in gymnastics, pole dancing reaches inside to Natalie's love of movement and expression through dance. "It's the creativity and expression through dance that I love the most about Divine Movement along with the connections and friendships I've made. Come be a part of the magic."

Why do you love Divine Movement?
I love everything about Divine! I love the friends I’ve made and the new friends I haven’t met yet, but know I will. I love being able to move my body in a way that feels good and still call it exercise. Divine brings together all my favorite loves… dance, friends, music, and even dress up! It’s a whole mind and body exercise. It’s a place that puts me in a state of flow where I easily get lost in time!
What do you consider your teaching style?
I love a playful, supportive, and encouraging environment that allows students to open up and be themselves. My hope is to pass on the magic of Divine!
What music is on your “Divine” playlist right now?
Right now my favorites are:
Walls by Kings of Leon
Code Blue by The-Dream
Anything by Emmit Fenn
The songs I love are always changing, you never know what might move you.
Anything Asian and Almond Croissants
What is the farthest you have been from home?
Taiwan, that’s the farthest but I have been many other places too!
When was the last time you cried?
A couple days ago. Since having children I cry more easily and over more things.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Well, that changed quite often. I mostly lived in the moment so whatever was making me happy that day is what I wanted to be!
Chai Tea Lattes, Dark Chocolate, and Sleep.
Favorite article of clothing to dance in?
Leg warmers and stretchy t-shirts
There is always a way! That is my own little saying…but my favorite famous quote is, “Remember that wherever your heart is, there you will find your treasure.” – The Alchemist
