Let’s get flexible!!! Take the 30 day splits challenge. You can start any time and do these stretches for 30 days. Note: It might be wise to take a day or two off each week to let your muscles rest. If you do 5 days a week for 4 weeks that counts in the 30 day challange. But do at least 5 days per week!
New Note!!! It is NOT necessary to hold the contraction for a full 30 seconds. You can do this routine very effectively with a 10 second contraction:) Much easier and just as effective.
This is our first attempt at creating and conveying a story in our dance. This story is of a woman who lost her husband and has decided to move back home to be with her family. The scene opens with her calling his voice mail to hear his voice one last time.
