Angi is the creator of Divine Movement. She opened Divine Movement in 2007 and has been teaching for 10 years. Her background in dance and Pilates helped to fuel her passion for pole.

Why do you love Divine Movement?
I love it all. The smiles, the women, the warm energy and the most fun ever! Mostly, I love that it is a place that fosters my creativity and allows me to say things through my body that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to say.
What do you consider your teaching style?
Eclectic and contagious with a little random silliness and humor thrown in.

What is the farthest you have been from home?
In 1992 I went backpacking through Europe with a friend. We got as far east as Hungary.
When was the last time you cried?
I cry whenever I get sick or am not feeling well. It makes me crazy to have my wings clipped!!!
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I was the kid who had no idea! I was way too in the moment to think that far ahead.
Guilty pleasure?
Television and movies! Game of Thrones, Walking Dead and BBC period dramas.
